This Royalty Convention will be held twice a year by NZ New Image, in May and November, specifically to present the award and 'token' to it's members. However, the 'token' mentioned is not an usual 'token' as it is actually a BRIEFCASE or a SASH full of CASH MONEY in it. It served as an extra bonuses to its members on top of monthly commission/salary that you get.
Usually the sash (we have purple, red & gold) ranges between RM600 - RM11,999. Whereas for the briefcase, it started from RM12,000 onwards (no limit). Our top Malaysian leader (Abg Nik Hafiz & Kak Moharina) usually will receive around RM400k - RM450k (twice a year), on top of RM150k - RM250k monthly salary!! Hmmm, when do you think will be my turn for the 6th figure income huh? ^=^
